SEF Ambassador Race News

It was another busy weekend of motorsport for the Foundations Ambassadors with races taking place across Europe (WEC Silverstone, ADAC GT Masters Zandvoort, VLN Nurburgring) and the USA (IMSA VIRginia International Raceway), it was a mixed weekend results wise for the drivers with some podium success, the big race was at the home of British Motorsport Silverstone for the 6 hour race, SEF had 8 ambassadors competing Oliver James Webb, Andy Priaulx, Gianmaria Bruni, Kevin Estre, Sam Bird, Francesco Castellacci, Matteo Cairoli and Ben Barker, in the ELMS (European Le Man Series) 4 hour race at Silverstone Aaron Scott carried the SEF Ambassador flag with Ferdinand Habsburg in the FIA European F3 Series. In Germany the home of the VLN Series at the Nurburgring Adam Christodoulou made a welcome return to racing after his incident at Spa Francorchamps just over 3 weeks ago.

Another very popular German series ADAC GT Masters made its annual visit to Zandvoort located near the town on the North Sea Coast line, 3 SEF Ambassadors took part Christian Engelhart, Luca Stolz and Klaus Bachler. Across the pond SEF Ambassador’s Earl Bamber, Nick Tandy, Jereon Bleekemolen took part in the USA based IMSA series Michelin GT Challenge at the VIR (Virginia International Raceway).
